2. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled appointments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund.
  • No-shows or failure to cancel without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
